I. Financial Accountant: 1
Job requirements:
1. Major related to finance, accounting, etc., graduated from technical secondary school or above, having certificate of accounting qualification;
2. Work experience in financial accounting for over 1-2 years, having solid basic knowledge of accounting;
3. Be familiar with tax and financial accounting, be familiar with basic computer operation;
4. Good ability to learn and work independently, work steadily, work carefully and earnestly, be proactive;
Job responsibilities:
1. Daily financial accounting, accounting documents, receiving and paying out money or bills, tax accounting;
2. Formulate financial statements, check connections & contacts and consolidated statements, make financial analysis;
3. Provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports according to investors’ requirements;
4. Be responsible for external contacts with banks, tax departments, etc.;
5. Take the initiative to learn the laws, regulations and new policies related to accounting position;
6. Control expenses reasonably according to the expense management regulations.

Job requirements:
1. Courteous and graceful, 25-35 years old, female;
2. Familiar with office administrative management knowledge and work process, good writing ability;
3. Familiar with official document format, be experienced in using office software;
4. Work carefully and earnestly, strong sense of responsibility, integrity and strong abilities of communication and organization;
5. More than 1 year’s work experience in a construction company or graduate of military academy preferred.
Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for office reception;
2. Assist General Manager to arrange, implement, inspect, supervise and carry out the implementation of office management and reception;
3. Assist to finish daily environmental maintenance of office area and meeting area and ensure office to be clean and tidy;

Salary: annual salary of RMB 200,000, year-end bonus in addition
(II) Head of Economic Management Department: 2
1. Age: below 50 years old;
2. More than 2 years’ work experience in large-scale civil engineering and construction engineering;
